These terms govern your use of 10ofyou.ai and any services you engage from us. The site and its services are provided by Equity Hammer LLC, 7533 S Center View Ct, Ste R, West Jordan, UT 84084. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide AI agent consulting. This includes a free audit and paid programs, which may be offered as Advisory, Done-With-You, or Done-For-You engagements. The specific scope, deliverables, and price of any paid program are described in the proposal or order you agree to with us. If those terms conflict with these, the terms of your specific engagement control.
No guaranteed outcomes
We bring real experience and do careful work, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, revenue, savings, or business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your data, and how the work is carried out inside your business.
Your responsibilities
To get value from our work, you agree to give us timely access to the accounts, information, and people we reasonably need, to provide accurate information, and to be responsible for how agents and recommendations are used in your business. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts, backups, and compliance with the terms of any third-party tools you use.
Fees and billing
The audit is free. Paid programs are billed monthly unless your engagement states otherwise. Fees are due as described in your proposal or order. Late or failed payments may pause or end the work. See our fulfillment and refund policyfor how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equity Hammer LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before it arose. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in the State of Utah.
