Every task in your business gets sorted into one of three buckets before we build anything. Most of the work isn’t deciding how to automate; it’s deciding what deserves to exist at all.

The 15-1-1-5 rule
Automate, delegate, or eliminate anything that costs you more than 15 minutes a day, 1 hour a week, or 1 hour a month.
One catch: do it five times by hand first. You can’t direct an agent through a job you don’t understand yourself.
