Fulfillment & Refund Policy
This policy explains what you pay for, when you are billed, and how cancellation and refunds work. Services are provided by Equity Hammer LLC, 7533 S Center View Ct, Ste R, West Jordan, UT 84084.
The audit is free
The audit is free. There is no charge to book it and no obligation to buy anything afterward. It is where we learn your business and where you decide whether working together makes sense.
Program fees are billed monthly in advance
Our paid programs, which may include Advisory, Done-With-You, and Done-For-You engagements, are billed monthly in advance. Your first payment is due when your engagement begins, and each following month is billed at the start of that month. The exact price and what is included are set out in the proposal or order you agree to before any charge is made.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation stops future monthly charges. Because each month is paid in advance, cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and we keep working for you through that period. We do not bill you again after you cancel.
Refunds
Monthly fees pay for work delivered during that month, so a month that has started is generally not refundable. If you believe something has gone wrong, email us and we will work with you in good faith to make it right, which may include a credit or a partial refund at our reasonable discretion. Any refund applies only to the current month, not to past months of work already delivered.
